CONSENT TO THE SENDING OF E-MAILS
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
Consent to send electronic messages - a document that is the basis for sending advertising and (or) informational materials via SMS servers and (or) from the e-mail of the individual entrepreneur Valery Vadimovich Sidorov.
The Contractor - Individual entrepreneur Valery Vadimovich Sidorov (main state registration number of an individual entrepreneur 316774600425140 individual taxpayer number 420536335676).
User, Customer - any natural person and/or individual entrepreneur who wishes to purchase online educational services of the Provider.
Personal Data Processing Policy - a document on the basis of which the user gives his/her consent to the sending of electronic messages.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 This Consent to Send and Receive Electronic Communications (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") is the basis for sending to the Customer informational and (or) advertising messages by e-mail from the Operator.
2.2 The User gives his/her Consent to receive e-mail messages, which is valid from the date of acceptance of the Offer.
2.3 The User confirms that he/she is acting of his/her own free will and in his/her own interest.
2.4 This Consent is specific, informed and knowing.
2.5 By using and (or) entering their personal data (full name, phone number, name of e-mail, name of accounts in social networks), the User gives their consent to receive mailings of advertising and (or) informational materials via SMS-servers and (or) e-mail from the Contractor and confirms that they are familiarized with the terms of the Offer for paid educational online services, with the Policy of personal data processing, Consent to receive informational and advertising mailings (hereinafter - "this Consent").
3. UPDATING AND WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT FOR SENDING ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
3.1 The User is familiarized with the information that at any time during the entire validity period of this Consent, the User has the right to withdraw the Consent to receive e-mail messages by sending a request to the Contractor's e-mail: artgalleryacacia@gmail.com.
3.2 The User gives his/her Consent to receive e-mail messages, which is valid from the date of acceptance of the Offer until the withdrawal of this Consent.
